"Since we heard all the stories about sanding, we didn’t want to go though with that. But we had two areas that we knew may need sanding, but wanted to see what could be done.One was a dark ring from a plant, and some finish missing in several areas in the kitchen.We called SpeedyVac to see how they could help us. Right away I felt these guys knew what they were talking about, they were friendly and answered all my initial questions. I scheduled an appointment. Andre shows up and looked over our situation.

He was up front from the beginning. He said that in order to get the areas we wanted done Perfectly we needed to sand. That’s not what I wanted to hear. But then he assured us that both methods they use is virtually dust free. Especially the No Dust System it is 100% No Dust. After discussing our options and prices we decided to have some done with the No Dust Method And the other Areas Done With the Dust Free Method.

He assured us that we would have to clean up weeks about the job and wouldn’t have to move out of our house either. And the smell of from the process would be toxic or make you sick. He was right. There was very little odor and me and my cats stayed in the house the whole time.

When they started the Sanding they protected the walls, taped the area off were the carpet joins and there virtually no dust. (even though they were sanding) We were so impressed with their sanding method that within hour of starting, we decided to have the living room added to job.

They were the nicest company I ever dealt with and they did everything Andre promised in his ad and to us personally. Now my floors are like new again. I’d recommend them to any one, in fact, you can see my floors for yourself."

"We knew we needed something done with our kitchen floor. The wood had begun to lose its luster, and in a few areas needed some attention, especially where my dog bowl was placed. it was discolored and stained. To add to that, the dish washer sprung a leak and warped the floor right in front of it. As if that's not enough, the washroom started showing gaps and they seemed to be multiplying by the day. Knew something these gaps had to be filled. Something had to be done. But I didn't really want to sand the entire floor.

Then I saw an ad in our subdivision newsletter from Speedyvac, they claimed they could fix my concern-Without Dust or Sanding. Thats not what happened, but I ll explain later. The No Dust Idea intrigued me and my wife. So I called and scheduled an appointment. Andre showed up a few days later to evaluate our concerns. After the measurements and watching a video on that showed us exactly what they'd do for ours floors. we had questions, he answered every one. Then he made the following recommendation.

Since we really wanted the kitchen to look perfect. He gave us two solutions.

First. Sand the kitchen. Yes I said sand. Here's the rest of the story. He recommended the "Dustless Wood Sanding Method" it contains up to 80% of the dust, he says, it's the latest technology available today, then stain and put on the finish we'd like. That did it for the kitchen. By the way the dustless sanding did a really did a good job. Then use the "No Dust" method in the other areas.

It was the perfect solution. he did a perfect job in the kitchen "it looks like new again", that we can't hardly see the difference from the original stain in the other areas that joins the kitchen. But what I like most is that all of the stains in the kitchen are gone. He fixed the gaps in the washroom and that didn't require sanding. I’m thrilled with the results.

Best of all I didn’t have to move out of my house or be terribly inconvenienced in any way. The whole job was done in less than two days. The whole experience was great, their honesty and the way they do business. In a nutshell, I do recommend that anyone interested in how well the finish lasted contact me."

"What dust! I was hard for me to believe how Andre could promise no dust with sanding.
I thought it could never be done. But in less than 2 hrs. after they started I was convinced that they would do it.

But what I liked most is their honesty.

We were going to try their no sanding method because I want to sand.

Andre said he’d try to make it look good without sanding.
But once they started he called me in the kitchen and said "Debbie I don't think you'll be happy with the results you're going to get with this method your floor should be sanded" I was amazed at his honesty, most contractors would have finished with so so results an expected payment.

After all did tell him to do the best without sanding.
